Why does the U.N. hate Israel?                   or

Video:   Why the UN hates Israel

Excerpts edited from online articles:

Israel is a tiny nation, a small speck of land between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean with a population half the size of the New York city. More than 20% of its residents are Arab and most Jews in Israel describe themselves as secular rather than religious.

Yet the U.N. portrays Israel as a world power intent on destabilizing the Middle East.

Israel is a thorn in the side of the Arab world because it is a remarkable success, making the arid deserts bloom and converting brain power into technical marvels and wealth.

In contrast, every nearby Arab nation is dysfunctional. Their governments are tyrannical. The people are poor and uneducated. And officials have been unwilling to convert all their oil wealth into social benefits.

Israel was intended to be God's chosen people through which the Messiah was to come. Throughout history, Israel has endured horrific wars and exile, but God preserved the Messianic bloodline many times. And then Jesus the Christ was born ... and hence came the New testament.

When the Jewish leaders demanded Jesus's death and swore 'His blood be on us and our children' it was the dumbest thing ever said and done.

Throughout history, many cultures have tried to annihilate Israel.

They cannot and will not ever succeed.

History (His story) shows that those nations that protect Israel prosper, and those that try to destroy her inevitably fall to ruin.

== Why Does So Much Of The World Hate The Jews? by: J. D. Longstreet

The media prominently features photos of wounded Palestinians in Gaza, characterizing them as "victims" of Israel. The world-wide media will always make Israel out to be the bad guys.

The world's hatred of the Jews is vehement and rabid.

Hitler murdered six million Jews in his gas chambers and concentration camps in the 1930's and 1940's and the world looked the other way.

Arabs refuse to even recognize the right of the Jews to exist, to live, to breath, and walk the same earth as they do. They spend every moment seeking ways to kill, maim, and in any way possible deny the basic right of life to them simply because they are Jews.

Israel, the ancestral homeland of the Jews, has been a modern country since the late 1940's. Within twenty-four hours of the United Nations proclaiming them a state, they were attacked from all directions by the Arabs. Yet that tiny infant country managed to defeat every Arab country that attacked them. Every single day since 1948, Israel has had to fight to exist. The world has watched and pretended not to see. And most of the nations of the world point the accusing finger at Israel when she simply tries to defend herself. It never fails.

International representatives to the United Nations fall all over each other in a rush to condemn Israel for going after the people who have been sending rockets into Israeli territory killing Israelis. The International Media tell stories of dead Gazan children and old men and women. But the same international press rarely mentions the dead Israelis killed by Palestinian rockets and the suicide bombers.

Why does the world hate the Jews? Perhaps because Israel is a daily reminder that God is.

Most of the world has rejected the existence of God. But Israel stands every day face to face with dozens of many-times-larger countries all vowing to wipe them from the face of the earth.

The reason Israel still stands is because God promised Israel that he would give them that land as their own forever. And, by the way, the land that God gave to Israel today includes the countries of: Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and all of the land that is today called "The Palestinian Territory."

The time is coming when the sheep will be separated from the goats. The nations of the world are going to be called upon with whom they stand -- with Israel ... or with those who call for Israel's complete destruction. Those nations that choose to stand with Israel's oppressors are doomed. For God said, "I will bless those who bless you (Israel), and I will curse those who curse you."
