... and answered on the first ring ... has been
the primary and most frequently used method by
which Actionline Reports have been submitted.

Susanna ... Thank you for taking my call today
to address this serious problem.
You assured me that you have escalated
this problem report, and I very much
appreciate that fact because this is
seriously impacting our business.
After speaking with you, I discovered
that the same problem that I described
is also happening with one of my other
phone numbers, as follows:
I have two 800 numbers, each of which have
been set up (for years) to be answered by
two different 480 area code numbers which are
each answered by two separate YouMail.com
answering services as follows:
800-426-0426 to be answered by 480-787-7829
800-552-7102 to be answered by 480-325-5055
and forward to 480-239-3600 if not answered.
Calls to both 480 area code numbers are being
answered correctly ...
HOWEVER, calls to both 800 numbers are now
ringing busy and NOT being anssered by the
separate YouMail answering services that we
have set up for each respective 480 AC #.
Please call me with an update on the status
of these two problems asap.
